More than 2000 staff went on strike after failing to reach an agreement with EVA Air management. The Taoyuan Flight Attendants Union (TFAU) announced its EVA Air flight attendant members would go on strike, starting at 4 p.m. on June 20. The number of cancelled flights is expected to be around 825 flights by the end of this week .
Eva Air operates direct flights from/to Taipei to/from Vancouver and Toronto and according to the information on Eva’s website at this time all flights are cancelled up to June 28th.
